Cancellation Policy
To secure your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your event date is secured, we reserve that day exclusively for you and decline other booking opportunities. As a result, the deposit reflects the time, coordination, and potential business we are unable to accommodate.
If your event is cancelled more than 3 months prior to the scheduled date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If your event is cancelled within 3 months of the scheduled date, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations must be provided in writing. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, additional fees may apply if preparations, staffing, or ordering of ingredients have already been initiated.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do our best to be fair and accommodating where possible. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the care, time, and intention that goes into each event we create.
