Let Us Take Care Of the Cooking
Holiday Catering in Vancouver, BC & the Fraser Valley
Holiday catering hands the busiest cooking day of the year to a professional kitchen. Our traditional holiday dinner menus are built for Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with a minimum order of 10 guests. Every dinner arrives hot and ready to serve, either dropped off in catering trays or arranged as a full buffet by our team. You choose the menu, the date and the service style, and we take the day off your hands.

Your Holiday Table, Without the Kitchen Marathon
The holiday meal is the one dinner of the year the host never gets to enjoy. From the first tray in the oven to the last plate cleared, the person hosting is working while everyone else is celebrating, and neither October nor December leaves much room for a full day at the stove.
Our holiday catering removes that day entirely. Herb-roasted turkey, house-made gravy, sage and herb stuffing and the sides that actually get eaten are prepared in our Port Coquitlam kitchen and delivered hot to your table, timed to the hour you plan to serve.
Holiday Gatherings We Cater
Holiday catering covers several distinct occasions, and each one sets its own pace. A Thanksgiving dinner for twelve and a Christmas dinner for two hundred still need the same thing from a caterer: food that arrives hot, on time and finished. Both holiday dinner menus scale from a 10 guest minimum upward, and year-end office parties are handled through our corporate catering service.

- Thanksgiving dinner catering for family gatherings
- Christmas dinner catering at home or at a venue
- Corporate holiday party catering for teams and offices
- New Year's celebrations and festive season dinners
- Extended family gatherings from 10 to 300 guests
The Classic Holiday Turkey Dinner — $65 Per Person
The classic dinner is a complete holiday meal at a single price per person. Every guest receives herb-roasted turkey plus eight accompaniments, which means no second supplier, no side dishes assigned to relatives and no last-minute run for cranberry sauce. It is the menu most families choose, and it is priced per person with a 10 guest minimum.
- Herb-roasted turkey with house-made turkey gravy
- Traditional sage and herb stuffing
- Roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- Honey-thyme roasted carrots
- Green beans almondine with toasted almonds and lemon
- Your choice of harvest green salad or classic Caesar salad
- House-made cranberry-orange sauce
- Soft dinner rolls with whipped herb butter

The Turkey & Maple-Glazed Ham Dinner — $75 Per Person
The second menu puts a glazed carving ham on the table beside the turkey for ten dollars more per person. Choose it when the guest list divides between people who came for turkey and people who came for ham, or when a larger crowd needs a second protein so the buffet line keeps moving.
- Everything included in the Classic Holiday Turkey Dinner
- Maple, brown sugar and Dijon-glazed ham

Festive Dessert Platters
A dessert platter closes the meal without adding a second thing to bake. Each platter serves approximately 10 guests and is built to sit out through the evening rather than be plated to order, so guests help themselves while the dinner table is being cleared.
- Classic Holiday Dessert Platter — from $190. Assorted holiday cookies, brownie bites, mini apple crumble squares, mini pumpkin cheesecakes, pecan tartlets and cranberry-orange shortbread.
- Individual Pumpkin Cheesecakes — $150. Individually portioned, with a 12 piece minimum.
- Seasonal Fruit Platter — $190. Serves approximately 10 guests.

Two Ways Your Holiday Dinner Is Served
Service is the difference between catering that saves your day and catering that only shortens it. Both options are cooked in our kitchen and arrive hot; what changes is who sets the buffet out and who clears it afterwards. Hot delivery keeps your cost at the menu price, while the full professional setup adds 30% and hands the entire table to our team.
- Hot Delivery & Drop-Off. Your dinner arrives hot in disposable aluminum catering trays, ready to set out and serve yourself.
- Full Professional Buffet Setup — additional 30%. Our team arranges the whole buffet so nothing is left to you.
- Chafing dishes, serving utensils and risers, so every dish stays hot on the table
- Food table linens, plus compostable plates, cutlery and napkins for every guest
- Festive greenery styled along the length of the buffet

Our Process
How Holiday Ordering Works
Send Your Date and Guest Count
Start by telling us when, and for how many. We need your event date, preferred serving time, guest count, menu option, salad choice, event address and service preference, and the order form below collects all of it in a single pass.
We Confirm Your Delivery Window
Delivery windows are the scarce part of the holidays, not the food. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with your quote and the delivery time we are able to hold for you.
Confirm With Your Deposit
A deposit is what actually secures the date. Holiday delivery and setup times are booked on a first-confirmed basis, so your date is held once the 50% deposit is received, not at the point of enquiry.
We Cook and Deliver Hot
Your dinner is cooked in our Port Coquitlam kitchen on the day of your event. It travels in insulated transport and arrives hot in disposable aluminum catering trays, timed to the serving hour you gave us.
You Host Instead of Cooking
The point of holiday catering is everything that happens after the food arrives. Whether you chose drop-off or the full buffet setup, the meal is finished and the table is handled, so you spend the day with your guests instead of at the stove.

To secure your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your event date is secured, we reserve that day exclusively for you and decline other booking opportunities, so the deposit reflects the time, coordination and potential business we are unable to accommodate.
