Business Catering for Companies,
Planners and Venues

Our business catering serves the people who organise food for work: executive assistants, event planners, HR and marketing teams, and the venues they book. Menus are designed by Executive Chef Stephanie Cowie and matched to the tone of each occasion, whether it is held in a boardroom, a conference centre, a banquet hall or an outdoor venue. The result is catering that fits the event, with calm execution and service that never feels rushed.

What a Full-Service Business Event Includes

A full-service event brings an on-site catering team, so organisers can stay with their guests instead of watching the buffet. Depending on the event, it includes:

  • A chef-designed menu and written proposal
  • Staff for setup, service and teardown
  • Dessert tables and coffee stations
  • Beer, wine and cider bar service
  • Rentals arranged where required
  • One itemised quote covering food, staffing, rentals and tax

Business Catering, Corporate Catering or Event Catering?

Business catering is the broad term for any food a company orders for work, from a single board lunch to a staffed conference. The closely related terms describe narrower needs:

  • Corporate catering: the same service, described from the company’s side
  • Office catering: recurring team lunches delivered to the workplace
  • Corporate event catering: staffed service for launches, parties and conferences
  • Private catering: celebrations hosted outside the workplace

See office catering for standing team lunches, private catering for personal celebrations, or the corporate catering overview.
