Thanksgiving catering puts a full harvest dinner on your table without anyone losing the day to the kitchen. Canadian Thanksgiving falls on Monday, October 12 in 2026, and our herb-roasted turkey dinner is delivered hot across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from a 10 guest minimum. Choose drop-off in catering trays or a full professional buffet setup, and reserve early, because Thanksgiving delivery windows are booked on a first-confirmed basis.
A Harvest Table You Do Not Have to Cook
Thanksgiving is a single-day cooking marathon that starts before sunrise. The turkey dictates the schedule, the oven becomes the bottleneck, and the host spends the one afternoon meant for family basting, timing and washing up.
We take that whole sequence away. The turkey is roasted in our Port Coquitlam kitchen, the sides arrive finished, and everything reaches your table hot at the hour you plan to sit down. It is the same menu as our full holiday catering service, prepared for the October date.
Thanksgiving 2026 has passed. Christmas enquiries are open until Friday, December 18 at 6pm

One traditional turkey spread, served two ways: lunch from 11am, and dinner from 2pm onward. Move the sun to the time you'll sit down, and the menu shows that service's portions and prices.

Thanksgiving dessert is where pumpkin belongs. Each platter serves approximately 10 guests and is built to graze from rather than be plated to order, so the dinner table can be cleared while people are still picking at the sweets.

How Your Thanksgiving Dinner Is Served
Thanksgiving falls on a Monday, which means most hosts are still working the Friday before it. Both service options arrive hot from our kitchen; what changes is whether you set the buffet out yourself or hand the entire table to our team for an additional 30%.

Ordering Thanksgiving dinner takes one form and one reply. The five steps below run from your first message through to the turkey arriving hot on the day, so nothing about the long weekend is left uncertain.

Send Your Thanksgiving Date and Guest Count
Start with the date and the headcount. Tell us your serving time, guest count, menu option, salad choice, delivery address and whether you want drop-off or the full buffet setup. The Thanksgiving order form below collects it in one pass.
We Confirm Your Delivery Window
Thanksgiving delivery windows are the scarce resource, not the turkey. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, confirming your quote and the arrival time we can hold across the long weekend.
Confirm With Your Deposit
A 50% deposit is what holds the date. Thanksgiving slots are booked first-confirmed rather than first-enquiry, and the hours either side of the traditional dinner hour are always taken first.
We Cook and Deliver Hot
Your turkey is roasted on the day in our Port Coquitlam kitchen. The dinner travels in insulated transport and arrives hot in disposable aluminum catering trays, timed to the serving hour you gave us.
You Carve Instead of Cooking
Everything arrives finished. Whether you chose drop-off or the full buffet setup, your Thanksgiving afternoon belongs to the people at the table rather than to the oven.

Canadian Thanksgiving falls on Monday, October 12, 2026, the second Monday of October. Many families host on the Sunday evening instead, and we deliver across the full long weekend subject to availability.
Ten guests. All three holiday menus, the Turkey Lunch Service and both dinners, are priced per person with a 10 guest minimum, which is lower than most Thanksgiving buffet packages in Metro Vancouver. Dessert platters each serve approximately 10 guests.
No. The Turkey Lunch Service is portioned and priced for meals served between 11am and 2pm, with 3–4 oz of turkey and 2 oz of prepared stuffing per guest. For a meal served between 2pm and 7pm, choose the Classic Holiday Turkey Dinner or the Turkey & Maple-Glazed Ham Dinner, which include 5 oz of turkey and 3 oz of prepared stuffing per guest.
